Your next step is to contact us and we will setup a meeting to discuss your possibilities. We can meet in person, discuss over the phone, or through email communication. However you feel comfortable.
We start by getting a brief history about yourself and your business idea. Then we discuss your goals and your business objectives. From here we start to get an idea of what you are doing (or going to do) and what skills and resources you have available to you.
The next step is for our business development team to do some research on your business, your competition, and your potential customers. After completing the research we begin developing a business plan, marketing strategy, and a step-by-step guide of what you should do to achieve your objectives.
Although this description simplifies the process you probably get the idea. Our start-up consultation package prepares you from lift-off to cruising on autopilot.
Our start-up consultations are $40/hour with a minimum of three (3) hours. The three hour minimum ensures that you will receive enough preparation to be able to transition from employee to entrepreneur.
